Winning & invoices

When will my invoice appear?

Where to find your invoice and how a draft differs from an invoice posted for payment.

Draft and posted invoices

The auction company's finance staff prepare and post invoices. You may see a draft in your account while they review it; it is not yet payable online. Once posted, check the invoice for the amount due, payment instructions, and any payment already in progress. If you enabled auto-pay or authorized eligible escrow use, payment may begin automatically.

Where to find it

Open Invoices in your account to see drafts, posted invoices, and payment status. Each invoice lists its lots, buyer's premium, tax, and total. Invoice-ready alerts depend on your notification preferences, so check the account page even if you haven't received an alert.

If it's taking a while

Timing is up to the auction company running the auction. If an expected invoice is missing or remains a draft, contact that company using its company-page contact details, or choose Contact auction office on an existing purchase or invoice.
