Our commitment
We aim to provide marketplace pages, account tools, and bidding workflows that support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, semantic structure, clear focus states, and assistive technology compatibility.
We use WCAG principles as a practical accessibility baseline while continuing to improve auction-specific flows such as lot galleries, bid controls, webcast status, invoices, and seller onboarding.
Request help
If you cannot access a page, document, catalog image, registration flow, bid control, invoice, or seller tool, contact accessibility@clarkauctions.com. Include the page URL, the issue, the assistive technology or browser you used, and the auction or lot involved if applicable.
For urgent bidding or pickup issues during a running webcast auction, contact the auction company running the auction as well as marketplace support.
Ongoing work
- Review public and bidder pages for keyboard access, focus order, labels, contrast, and responsive layout.
- Improve alternatives for catalog images, documents, webcast status, and time-sensitive bidding states.
- Use support reports and testing evidence to prioritize accessibility fixes.
