- Account profile updates: update your bidder profile, phone, address, and terms acknowledgement from account pages.
- Watchlist and reminders: add or remove saved lots and reminder preferences from lot and account pages.
- Marketing choices: use the sender's unsubscribe option, where provided, or contact privacy@clarkauctions.com about GatorBid messages. Contact the auction company about its separate marketing.
- Privacy rights: contact privacy@clarkauctions.com for access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, appeal, or sale and sharing requests. Rights and exceptions depend on your location. See the Privacy Policy for request and appeal instructions.
Transactional notices
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send account, registration, bid, invoice, payment, pickup, shipping, support, legal, and security notices needed to operate auctions and protect users.
Auction company communications
The auction company running an auction may separately contact bidders about registration, invoices, item questions, pickup, shipping, disputes, and future auctions. Contact that auction company directly for choices about its own communications.
