Our approach
We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information to auction companies and service providers for the requested auction, payment, identity, communications, security, and support functions described in the Privacy Policy.
The marketplace does not load advertising trackers. Contact us to record a sale or sharing opt-out, ask about our disclosures, or exercise applicable privacy rights. Operational disclosure to fulfill a service you request is different from sharing for cross-context advertising.
Submit a request
Email privacy@clarkauctions.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share Request. Give the email address or other limited information needed to identify the information your request concerns, and your state or country. You do not need a marketplace account. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or government identifiers by email.
We do not require account creation or identity verification for sale or sharing opt-outs. An authorized representative may contact us on your behalf. The Privacy Policy explains other rights requests and appeals.
Global privacy controls
Our practice of not selling personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising applies whether or not your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. These signals do not disable essential sign-in, payment, identity, or security processing.
