Your invoice
Check Bids for your final lot result and Invoices for charges prepared by the auction company. An invoice can appear as a draft before finance staff post it for payment. Review its status and balance; a draft is not yet payable online. Invoice timing is set by the auction company.
Who you pay
Your payment settles the auction company's invoice. Follow the auction's accepted methods and deadlines, and check for any auto-pay or escrow payment already in progress. Your invoice shows recorded payments and any balance still due.
- Buyer's premium is added on top of the hammer price; the rate is set per auction.
- Taxes and fees follow the auction's posted terms.
- If you've paid in part or offline, your invoice reflects the remaining balance due.
Schedule pickup
Many auctions let you book a pickup window right from your invoice. Pick a time, follow the location and instructions the auction company posts, and add it to your calendar so you don't miss it.
- Choose an open window on your invoice; capacity is limited, so book early.
- Add the appointment to your calendar with the download link.
- Need a different time? Reschedule from the invoice, or message the auction office.
