Save a search
Use Search lots and the filters in the left panel, then select Save search beside the textbox. A filled star labeled Saved means the search is saved. Company and category pages keep their browsing scope in the saved search.
Get alerted to new lots
New searches are saved with daily email alerts enabled. Open Manage saved searches to turn off Email me new matches or choose Instant alerts. A daily digest contains new matches for one search and starts 24 hours after saving it or turning alerts back on. Instant alerts arrive after the next marketplace check.
Alerts cover newly published matching inventory. Editing or republishing an existing lot does not make it new. Existing matching lots remain available through View results. Your saved-search email preference must also be enabled in Notification settings.
Manage saved searches
Open Saved searches from your account or profile to view results, rename a search, edit its filters, change alert frequency or channel, pause alerts, or delete the search. Edit filters opens the marketplace; adjust your filters, then select the star to save the changes.
Turning alerts back on starts a fresh window for future lots, including when you re-enable saved-search emails in Notification settings. Changing filters also starts a fresh window. Saved searches remain interests for on-site recommendations while alerts are off, subject to your personalization settings.
Act on a match
Open a matching lot, check the auction's terms, register if you haven't, and add it to your watchlist or place a bid. A saved-search alert points you to the lot — registering and bidding are still up to you.
