- Your registration is pending the auction company's approval.
- A required escrow funding or identity step is still outstanding.
- The auction or lot isn't open for bidding yet, or it's a listing-only preview.
- You're not signed in, or you haven't verified your email using the emailed link.
What to do
Open your registrations to see exactly where you stand and finish any step that's waiting on you. If you're approved and the controls still won't appear, refresh the page once — for a webcast auction, the ring may not have reached your lot yet.
Still stuck
If your status looks right but you still can't bid, contact the auction company for an auction-specific question, or marketplace support if a page or control won't load.
