One account, many auction companies
GatorBid brings catalogs from approved auction companies into one place. You browse, register, bid, and read invoices with a single marketplace account, while each auction is run by the auction company that owns it.
That split matters: the marketplace gives you the tools to find auctions and bid, and the auction company running an auction sets its own terms, approves bidders, posts invoices, and handles pickup, shipping, and item questions.
Three kinds of auction
- Timed auctions are online catalogs you bid through at your own pace — every lot has its own closing time.
- Webcast auctions take place at scheduled times. A clerk calls the lots in real time, and you bid online alongside the room.
- Listing-only catalogs are there to preview — they show inventory but are not open for bidding.
